Description
AXA Real Estate, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the AXA investment managers group, is a global leader in real estate fund- and asset management activities with currently over 38 billion euro assets under management (AuM).
AXA Real Estate relies on an extensive local real estate infrastructure and fund raising platforms in Europe, Asia and North America with over 500 staff operating in 21 countries and providing extensive multi-disciplinary expertise across a broad variety of property types.
Investor Relations & Marketing – as part of Research, Strategy and Business Development – is responsible for capital raising and investor relationship management. With the current client base predominantly in Europe, Middle East and Canada and the development of fund raising in the United States and Asia there is the need to further develop the effectiveness of the sales activities.
The role is focused on creating client intelligence and supporting the sales processes. You will report to Investor Relations & Marketing, your main responsibilities will be the following:
• Analysing in depth the needs and requirements of all segments of clients, including relevant client related stakeholders, such as consultants and intermediaries. Desktop research on clients and investor markets.
• Collecting, assembling, maintaining and developing information /data and feeding this into the CRM tool / database, thus enabling client and market intelligence as well as improvement in processes. This also includes supporting client related governance and compliance items and actions, such as KYC/AML. Update of CRM on KYC.
• Support to the Fund Raising calls: update of CRM fund reports on capital raising , distribution of the fund reports prior to the conference calls, minutes of the conference calls and summary of outcome/actions points of the conference calls.
• Support on RFP /RFI from clients/consultants, support to Q&A of clients and support in preparing client meetings (presentations and research on clients).
