Based in Paris, Findercod is a financial advisory boutique founded by a team of investment bankers, industrials and asset managers.

A. Business Areas :

-Corporate Finance (Long Term Financing / restructuring, M&A);

-Private Equity (private placement of shares of companies or investment opportunities sourcing and structuring) ; and

-Traditional (Private Banking) and Alternative Investments (hedge funds and private equity).

B. Job Description : (3-6-9 months internship/entry position/junior with experience)

Findercod is looking for an intern/analyst/associate to assist the team in the corporate finance and private equity areas, which will include the following tasks:

-Financial Modeling;

-Qualitative analysis, industry research;

-Drafting of Teasers, Selling / Investment Memoranda, Marketing Presentations;

-Relationship management with client / portfolio companies; and

-Assistance with the other activities of the team (Alternative Investments, etc.).

C. Job Requirements :

-Previous experience within an investment banking team (financing, M&A, structuring);

-Excellent financial modeling and quantitative skills;

-Student or graduate from a top business school / engineering school;

-Fluent in English and French to write all documents. A third language is an advantage (Italian, German or Spanish); and

-Personal skills: motivation, hard-working ethic and sense of initiative/independance.
